Yorgos is a painter/street artist with a multi-cultural upbringing. Dark materialism, gender inequalities, fear and uncertainty in a world in crisis has inspired his work on human complexity. Rather than focusing on cognitive justifications and expressions, he follows human gestures, taking physical interactions as signs for meanings, emotions, and relations. Embracing the nakedness of the body as a symbol of vulnerability and authenticity adds another layer of depth to his exploration, stripping away the superficial trappings of societal norms to reveal the essence of humanity. It's a powerful approach that invites viewers to confront their own preconceptions and engage with the fundamental truths of our shared existence.
